WERM's highly qualified seasoned staff includes trained labor force and a fleet of state of the art equipment. As a small business trying to do our share in today's difficult economic climate, we add to staff by employing and training some unskilled laborers who have a love of the water. At our expense, we train and educate them before sending them out as members of our teams.
