Water’s Edge Restoration and Management LLC, incorporated in early 2009 as an ecologically committed company. It is emerging as the new leader in using environmentally safe, scientifically based, chemical free processes to control invasive, fast growing aquatic weed species. WERM is dedicated to providing cleaner and safer lakes, ponds, and rivers, employing such techniques as suction harvesting, dredging, and benthic barrier or “weed mat” applications. The result of which is to improve life’s most precious commodity, water, by restoring it to its original natural balance, preserving life sustaining habitats and the pleasure of water based recreational activities.
An integral part of our effort, and an important immediate benefit of what we do, is that we recycle the weeds we extract, turning them to compost and returning them to the earth as nutrition for our food supply.
